General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

II. Scope and Applicability of Terms

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Website and the purchase of products and/or services offered therein by the Service Provider. By accessing the Website, registering an account, or placing an order, the Customer (hereinafter: “Customer”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

The Terms apply to all natural persons over the age of 18, legal entities, and organizations without legal personality who purchase products or services from the Website.

III. Subject Matter of the Service and Contract Formation

    1. Subject Matter:
      The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of products and/or services offered on the Website (hereinafter: “Products”).
    2. Order Placement:
      Orders may only be placed electronically via the Website. Orders submitted by phone, fax, email, or post will not be accepted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    3. Product Information:
      The Service Provider strives to ensure that all product data (including prices, availability, descriptions, images) on the Website are accurate and up to date. Nevertheless, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the actual product.

4. Contract Formation:
The contract is formed when the Customer submits an order via the Website and the Service Provider confirms acceptance of the order by sending an order confirmation email.

The contract is concluded in the Hungarian language and governed by Hungarian law, subject to mandatory EU consumer protection regulations.

IV. Registration and Customer Obligations

    1. Registration:
      To place an order, the Customer must register on the Website and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
    2. Data Provided:
      The Customer agrees to provide the following mandatory data for order fulfillment: full name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses (if different).
    3. Data Changes:
      The Customer may update or correct their registration details at any time prior to order fulfillment.
    4. Account Suspension:
      The Service Provider reserves the right to deny or suspend access to the Website and its services in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or any conduct detrimental to the Service Provider’s interests.

V. Prices, Payment, and Delivery

    1. Prices:
      All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
    2. Payment Methods:
      Payments can be made by bank card (credit/debit card) or other electronic payment methods offered on the Website. Cash on delivery is not available unless expressly provided.
    3. Delivery:
      Products are delivered via courier service to the shipping address specified by the Customer.
    4. Risk and Title:
      Risk of accidental loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon physical handover (pickup or delivery). Ownership passes upon full payment.

VI. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer’s Right to Cancel)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Hungarian consumer protection laws, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Service Provider of their decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The Service Provider provides a model withdrawal form on the Website, which can be used but is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the delivery date.

VII. Consequences of Withdrawal

    1. Upon withdrawal, the Service Provider shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day the Service Provider is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
    2. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used by the Customer unless otherwise agreed; the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
    3. The Customer must return or hand over the Products to the Service Provider without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which the Customer communicates the withdrawal.
    4. The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the Service Provider has agreed to bear it or failed to inform the Customer that they must bear it.
    5. The Customer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

VIII. Liability and Limitation of Liability

    1. The Service Provider is liable for defects in Products and non-performance according to statutory provisions.
    2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for technical malfunctions, including internet connectivity issues, that prevent the Customer from accessing the Website or placing an order.
    3. The Service Provider excludes liability for indirect damages or consequential losses.

IX. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, videos, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of the Website content without the Service Provider’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

X. Data Protection

The Service Provider processes personal data of Customers in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information on data processing is available in the Privacy Policy accessible on the Website.

XI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by Hungarian law, subject to mandatory EU consumer protection legislation.

Disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hungary.
