To measure bust size, wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, typically across the nipples, while standing with your arms at your sides. Keep the tape measure snug, straight, and parallel to the floor across both the front and back, then record the measurement.
To measure your waist, find the narrowest point between your ribs and hips, wrap a flexible tape measure around your body at this spot, breathe out naturally, and record the measurement. The tape should be snug but not tight, and parallel to the floor.
To measure hip size, stand with your feet together and wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of your buttocks and hips, ensuring it's parallel to the floor and not twisted. The tape should be snug but not tight, allowing you to fit a finger underneath it. Read the measurement where the tape overlaps.
A clear, full-length photograph helps us understand your natural proportions, posture and silhouette, allowing Adele to curate shapes and cuts that honour your body beautifully.
